The future of bowhunting depends on bowhunter education. BSC volunteer instructors teach the International Bowhunter Education Program as administered by the National Bowhunter Education Foundation.
This South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) certified course covers bowhunter responsibilities, equipment, safety, wildlife management, techniques, survival, and first aid. This training may be required if you are planning to hunt out of state. For more information contact BSC’s Bowhunter Education Coordinator.
